Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

The primary duty of a bookkeeper is to manage the financial accounts of the church and nonprofit organizations. This includes, maintaining records, business transactions, balancing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and reports preparation in compliance with established operational policies and procedures.

Job Summary:

The Executive Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church organization. Developing strategic plans for the church organization’s overall operating goals and objectives. Providing leadership in a team environment to achieve the church's operational business.

Lead Custodian

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, leads, trains, oversees, and participates in the work of a crew responsible for performing the full range of custodial duties and responsibilities to maintain a clean, healthy, and productive learning and working environment. Specifically, performs work related to the care, maintenance, and cleaning and sanitizing of assigned buildings and facilities; performs minor maintenance to buildings and adjacent grounds; adjusts furniture and equipment as necessary; interacts with and provides basic information and assistance to the public; provides technical and specialized assistance to the Facilities Lead.

Job Summary:

Social Media Interns support the digital media staff to develop and implement church communications and to promote brand and membership engagement.

Youth Programs Administrator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the Youth Pastor/Youth Programs and Community Services Director in developing and implementing youth church and community program services. Assist in recruiting youth both church and community to participate in church and community activities and services. Assist in identifying church and community youths'; interests and requirements and find organizations or resources to help assist them. Assist with the coordination of youth engagement in partnership with local school districts, colleges, and universities. Works with school and community agencies to initiate and sustain partnerships which provide youth opportunities and vehicles to advise on, implement, and evaluate effective programs and policies for all Friendly Temple and Robert Fulton Development Corporation youth programming services.
